StarBrite Royal Blue works great for some dark contrast effects on watercolour, aquarelle, realism, cover-ups, abstract and mixed media elements. It can be used next to pure black as a lighter tone and Mixing White mixes well for lighter tones. Royal Blue blends very well with Baby Blue, Periwinkle, Country Blue, and Midnight Blue.
